By accessing and using the Greyhunt platform ("Platform"), you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your interaction with Greyhunt’s tools, services, and data outputs.

1. Access and Eligibility

Greyhunt offers tiered access levels across its feature set:

• Freemium users: Limited to 3 token dashboards (DeepSense Signal), 3 Smart Alert configurations, and 5 Bot-Query interactions per month.

• Basic subscribers: Gain access to 10 Smart Alerts and 300 monthly Bot-Query uses.

• Advanced subscribers: Unlock up to 25 Smart Alerts and 600 monthly Bot-Query uses, along with full data visibility and premium features.

Access may require connecting one or more of the following accounts:

• Wallet — for staking validation, gamification eligibility, and Smart Alert personalisation

• Telegram — to receive real-time Smart Alert notifications

• X (formerly Twitter) — to unlock Yaps-linked features and enable contextual scoring

• Email — to manage fiat subscriptions, request support, or receive account-related notices

• Discord — to access Greyhunt’s gamification programs and community-level participation tools

Greyhunt reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in cases of automated querying, scraping, or any behaviour that imposes excessive load or circumvents system limitations.

2. Use of Data

All outputs presented by Greyhunt—including dashboards, visualisations, summaries, and alerts—are for informational purposes only. The Platform does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

Users are solely responsible for their own trading or investment decisions. Greyhunt bears no liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on any content or data provided.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, logic, data processing structures, and visual formats on the Platform—whether AI-generated or human-designed—are the intellectual property of Greyhunt or its licensed providers.

No part of the Platform (including but not limited to its data, metrics, UX components, summaries, or alerts) may be copied, redistributed, monetised, or reused for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. Personal and internal use is permitted.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Premium access may be obtained through fiat payment or token staking. Subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).

Greyhunt reserves the right to revoke access or terminate subscriptions if any abusive or prohibited behaviour is detected. No refunds are provided unless required by applicable law.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

Greyhunt is operated by a US-based legal entity. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of US courts.

6. Communications and Support
